Report - KSFA Colmic Doubles League 2024 Match 4
Yesterday, on a Public holiday our anglers woke up to compete for the the pen-ultimate match of this year's KSFA Colmic Doubles League. Since there was no wind it was decided to fish open sea at Zonqor Point in Marsascala.
Almost all anglers caught a mix of wrasses and breams and tried to catch some bubin too.
The competition was won by Aaron Xuereb & Scott Matthew Farrugia with a nice weight of 4.472 Kgs. Second overall was won by Roderick Coleiro & Josef Coleiro with a weight of 3.466 Kgs. The final placing of the podium was won by the league leaders Alexander Koukias & Gabriel Sanpei who had a weight of 3.363 Kgs.
With the final match of this league still to be competed 5 teams are still aiming to finish in the top 3 places with Gabriel & Koukias leading the standings with an advantage of 3 points.
